WORKOUT Friday 10/22

Good Morning,

Last night after work I did Push/Pull Upper Body only-2 sets. I had never done this before but I used heavier weights and it was a lot of fun-something different.
This morning I did Legs and Glutes. I can already feel it in my rear end - Can't imagine what it will feel like tomorrow morning.}( ;( . I love a workout like that - it lets me know it's working:)

Carole-how does you achilles feel today? Take it easy.

Maria, you definitely make me want to get the Circuit Max DVD.

Laurie, what a great compliment -definitely can make a girls week, huh?:)

Oh, last thing, is it the 28th yet?;-)

Good morning.No it is not the 28th:( :( but it is near:)Today is going to be my rest day.The next week is going to be intense. This is the only weeend I want to finish.I count the hours for the hardcore filming.Have a great weekend.

Good morning all,

I did KPC, in almost, its entirety, couldn't do the pikes on the ball;( , but I will try again, again & again until I master it. Then went on to work my back doing lat pulldowns, a little leg curls. Saturday my dh says he going to workout with me.....I think I'll have him workout to Boot Camp and make him cry }( }( just b/c he talks too much.

Thank you.I am fine waiting for the 28 th.That day is my dreamed day with the day of the shipment of hardcore of course. That day I have to work in my job but my mind is going to be lot of miles far.I hope I would be able to do two things in the same time: work as a public official and think about the news of the hardcore. I hope my boss will not notice it. Let's make your dh cry and smile with bootcamp }( Have a great weekend.:) :)

Hi,

This morning was Circuit Max, thanks to whoever on this list did it yesterday. I'd forgotten about it, and when it was mentioned, it occured to me that it would be just perfect for today - and it was.

Part way into the workout my 4 year old daughter climbed on the couch to watch. After a few minutes she said, "Mommy, Cathe has four girls in her game, and two boys." I thought it was really cute that she called it a "game".

Wendy, that's some serious muscle conditioning, good job!!!

I love this count down to the 28th, good things are always worth the wait.

Today I did StepBlast and rewound and did the last combo twice and first blast twice. I snacked on chips watching Survivor last night so figured I needed a bit extra.

I can't believe it's Friday already!! Enjoy your day All!

Hi everyone!

Laurie, I thought I was the only one who adds on an extra bit of cardio to account for some extra munchies...;))

Sandra, Circuit Max is a great "game", how cute! My 2-year old loves to hop and dance around with Cathe, she calls her "the gym-girl".

For me it was S & H Chest and back and CTX 10-10-10. That's definitely my favourite ctx cardio, I guess it's kind of like a "mini Circuit Max". I love the intensity blast in it which is floor cardio instead of step for a change. I hope Cathe includes some floor cardio intervals in Imax 3. For some reason I feel like some high-impact floor cardio "shakes" up my body in a nice way, it really feels like it gets the metabolism and endorphins moving.

Anyway, it's sunny though getting chilly up here in Scandinavia, hope all of you enjoy your weekend!

Hi I did a full body weight circuit, 30 minutes of Ab Hits, and Step Blast. I planned on running outside but I hate running in 20 mile/hour winds. Today there is a birthday party at work that I have to attend physically, and there will be cake. I can resist tempation (actually sweet tooth is dying), but the administraive ladies try everything they can to encourage me to eat as much junk as they do. I am 10-15 dress sizes smaller than they are and i get ridiculed all the time about my size and how much I workout. Anyway, wish me luck and I plan on saying "NO"...a lot.

Well yesterday ended up being my off day (it's usually Sundays) because my hubby came home after a 3 week business trip. ;-)
Today I did walking for 30 minutes, Pilates Advanced for 45 minutes. Yesterday at the library I saw Lesley Sansone's Walking off the Pounds 3 mile video. Just for kicks I brought it home and did it this morning. I was surprised! I really was sweatin'! Not like I do during a Cathe routine but my heart rate was up there.
Tomorrow in IMAX 2... Have a great time in all you do! Susan
 
Hi all, I did Pyramids' Biceps instead of Slow and Heavy, but I did the abs off of Slow and Heavy, then did CTX Kickbox for cardio. Cardio portion only.

I am now trying a digestive enzyme (2 to be exact) with almost everything I eat. Here lately no matter what I eat I get gas and rumbling stomach and am about to be put on the couch at night because of the smell,:+ . I basically get lots of gas whether I eat or not, sigh. It isn't fun anymore. If these enzymes don't work I am calling the doctor. I have cut out dairy, I don't eat alot of gas causing veggies, hardly any wheat products and I can't give up my bananas which I can't believe would cause a problem.:eek:

Do bananas cause anybody else this problem and if so were you able to eat them at some point in your life only to not be able to eat them now?

I am also taking acidolphlus(sp? waaay off) to try and help things too.:(

I really hate not being able to eat correctly.:(

Nice workouts ladies,

I didn't workout yesterday and today only did a Yogazone.

But I had a good excuse, I think:)

I was trying to catch up with my study schedule. No luck I'm afraid. Had to take my exam this morning. I did some old exams they give you and I didn't pass those, so I wasn't feeling very lucky. I even contemplated not going in at all, but a girl can hope, right?

So I went in this morning, took a look at the exam papers and thought "Oh my, should have studied harder!". It was 40 mc questions. By question no 20 I was sure I'd failed my exam:( So the other 20 questions, what can I say, I read them and picked the first answer I thought could be it. Not a good strategy, but hey, I flunked already.

I finished in about 30 minutes, whished my 5K was that fast :) I took my exam paper to the guy who threw it in the machine that would tell me how bad I'd done and he asked if I thought I did OK. I told him I'd flunked. I knew at question no. 20. "Oh that's too bad, was it very difficult?" Yes, I just was behind on my schedule.

I was packing my stuff when he turned to me with this sad face and said "that's a shame, question no. 20 you say? Nope, you were doing fine, it's the last 20 questions that didn't go well." I stared at him with this sinking feeling, you know what I mean. Stupid stupid me, how could I have screwed up like that (pardon my french). I was the most stupid woman who ever walked this earth.... And while I was in the middle of totally kicking myself while I was down, the guy smiled and said "But you passed anyway, congrats:D ". My mouth fell open, right when I was telling myself that I have never been such a total looser in my entire life... Well... lesson learned: wait for the proper person to tell me that I've flunked before assuming I've flunked :) :)

Good afternoon ladies:) Today I did the Pyramid up only of bicep and tricep then went and did 2 sections from the S&H for tricep and bicep. Also did the abs from S&H.

Annette I am feeling your pain. I just ask my dr today is their anything that I can take for this he said not really:(. I feel like I always have my period when I don't. The only time I really feel good is right after my period. I've tried gas x, beano and nothing seems to be working:(. Let me know if you find anything that works and I'll do the same:).

Today I did Step/Hi/lo premix from Sjp/SB. AHR 159- Total Time in Zone 87:03- Cals 1042. I was going to add on abs but I was out of time. I will add on some stretching later tonight and abs. Then I'm taking the weekend off to go out of town.

I felt so bad for you reading your post-I've been there. There is nothing worse than taking a test and thinking in the middle of it that you failed. Well, you learned a great lesson and you didn't have to fail the test to do it:)!
