Good morning!!!
Whew! Fun workout this morning! I did a mixture of SJP Premix 5, and SB Challenge that went like this:
SJP warm up
SJP step combo 1
SJP hi/lo 1
SJP step combo 2
SJP hi/lo 2
SJP step combo 3
SJP hi/lo 3
SJP step combo 4
SB Challenge
SJP hi/lo 4
This workout is 60 mins, and quite a hoot. Then I did Cathe's Ab Marathon: PUB; KPC; ME. I concluded with ME stretch. I will be feeling my hip flexors tomorrow!!!
Speaking of the pikes, I am so happy to have noticed dramatic improvement in these since I first attempted them about 1 1/2 years ago. This ab marathon has 22 pikes in it, and I managed them all just fine. I feel like I deserve a merit badge, or something. But seeing improvement is it's own reward, isn't it?
Jes - I'm flattered at your excitement to see me back

I'm not sure everyone is happy to see The Interogator back! Oooh, this morning Paris was playing with her magic wand while I was exercising, and she turn me into "The Exercise Girl!" I told her I am the "Superciser!", so that is now my superhero name. I got a chuckle from it; have you seen the documentary "Supersize Me"? As the ironically named Superciser I will fight for healthy lifestyles the world over, and destroy the evil Sloth!!! Oh, and I have Christi's TCS, too. It's pretty good, isn't it? I find I like to put a Cathe intensity blast at the end of it, because I miss Cathe's intensity. HSTA cardio is a perfect way to end that workout. I like the music Christi uses. Oh, have you done her ab segment on that dvd? I LOVE that she does it to "Tequila". I do the ab segment occasionally just because I enjoy the song so much.
Lisa - that is so funny about your husband getting beat in the triathalon. Men have such fragile egos, don't they? I finally posted a reply to your "Time" thread, with a couple of rotation suggestion. I hope you find some of it useful.
Carole - what thread are you referring to? Was something going on that I totally missed?
Wendy - that ab marathon is very popular today! And I have to admit that my isolation crunches at the end of ME weren't all that strong. That workout is an ab-toaster!! I wonder how often a long session like that should be put into a rotation? Once a week? Twice a week? I am really looking forward to Core Max.
Laurie Mac - below 0 Fahrenheit?? Oooooh, that's cooold! We emerged from a deep freeze a week ago, so I imagine another one will be rolling through soon. Ugh :-( What are your tricks for staying warm? I like to drink hot herbal tea all day long. Have fun with SH tri & bi today; my triceps are still a bit sore from that workout, and I did it days ago!
Mariángeles - This is an easy day for you! Only one workout

Enjoy! Are you still following Cathe's August rotation? Have a good weekend!
Haydee - IMAX Xtreme is one of my favourites! Fun, hey?
Sandy - LOL about your flying off your step! Yes, I found it rather tough, too. Now a REAL challenge would be to do Blast Mania, then go to Blast Only and repeat the first five intervals. I may try that sometime. I think repeating the second five intervals would kill me, at this point. I bet Laurie could do it }( How are you feeling these days? Have you found some more energy? Very, very exciting that you ordered the Hardcore Series!!
Have a great day everyone!
Sandra
