Workout for strenght and definition

Hi,

I posted this on the "Ask Cathe" forum but thought I should ask you guys for suggestions.

I do weight training 3 times a week (Supersets, Push & Pull, Body Max2) but would like to go further (and harder!!!). Which workout would you recommend to increase:
1) Muscle definition
2) Strength

In order of preference:

1.4DS - I think the new workout 4ds is fantastic for strength and muscle definition. This workout series requires heavier weights.

2. gym styles is a must own

3. slow and heavy - great for breaking thru plateaus
 
Gym Styles or Slow & Heavy would give you both strength and definition. If you don't already own it, get Gym Styles, it's fabulous.

Another vote for gym styles. I have Pyramids, S&H, PP, SS etc. Gym styes is by far the best for overall definition and strengh, imo of course

I am really loving the 4DS. I don't do it as is. I am lifting heavy on my own two days a week. One leg and one upper body. Then I'll do the 4DS upper body premix and another Cathe leg another 2 days. I've really noticed more definition in my upper body since adding the 4DS upper body premix. It's a killer w/o :eek:
