Workout advice?

I got the entire Hardcore Series and don't know what to do. If I eliminate all the high impact cardio (too dangerous with my knees) I'm left with the following:

- Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps
- Gym Style Chest & Triceps
- Gym Style Legs
- Muscle Max
- Core Max
- High Step Challenge
- Low Max (which I love)
- Kick Max (watched it... makes me nervous... don't know why)
- Stretch Max
- ... also, I would like to continue running (interval style) on my treadmill (which I WAS doing three times per week)

I want to emphasize strength training over cardio. I'd love to have one day of rest... though I have ocassionally run in the morning and popped in a dvd at night (is that overkill?). I lack the knowledge and experience to figure out how to rotate all these activities and would LOVE input from anyone here.

Help, please!!!

You might want to post this question on the rotations board as well.

Here's what I'm doing right now for a weekly rotation and it could be done entirely with the Hardcore Series:
Day 1: Gym Style Back, Shoulders, & Biceps
Day 2: Step Workout, Core work (could do Low Max, then a segment of Core Max)
Day 3: Gym Style Chest & Triceps
Day 4: Kickboxing, Core (could do Kick Max and a segment of Core Max)
Day 5: Gym Style Legs, followed by Pilates or Yoga (or a segment of Stretch Max)
Day 6: Step Circuit, Core (High Step Challenge would work here or you could just do Muscle Max and do no cardio or add cardio with something else)
Day 7: Stretch, Rest (another segment of Stretch Max)

Also, I think Kick Max is great, though the Bootcamp Challenge part makes me nervous as well. I have to modify some of that since I can't jump so high! And if you don't want high impact cardio you might want to skip that part entirely--you'll still get plenty of kickboxing from that DVD without it.

I don't know how to add in your running, though probably you could do them on the same day you do Gym Style workouts, if you feel up to it. I'm sure there are people on here with better ideas!
