Had a great w/o day Did KPC warm up and drills plus abs. Then P90x Legs&Back. After a one hour break I added Ab Ripper.
Carole, you were right, I love legs&back. I think my PT will love it too. Great exercises if you have knee problems (except the lunges).
Have to tell you what Ab Ripper has done for me in such a short time: you know how in KPC abs you have this exercise where you exchange the ball between your hands and your legs and you stretch out, and vice versa. I could never do this one. But today I did it no problem. And the V-pikes at the end? Could never do more than 4 or 5. Well I did them all with my butt proudly up in the air. How's that for a great workout
