I think it is PS Legs that Debbie is thinking of that has the floorwork with the body bar. Leaner Legs doesn't have floorwork. (But both are great!) I love the floorwork in PS!

Hi Cara,

Yes, I did incorporate upper body. It looked something like this:

Mon.-KPC or Cardio Kicks (lots of punching for the arms)
Tues.-L&G
Wed.-IMAX 2
Thurs.-PUB or CTX upper body split
Fri.-MIC
Sat.-L&G
Sun.-Off
