Hello, Cathe! I must say that working out with negative portion of the movement is a little tricky!!! ;-) I messed up in a couple of the exercises because my body naturally would go the positive movement as oppossed to the negative.
Anyway, the workout I am talking about is the one you have for the roation for Pure Strenght where you have all the Slow and Heavey Workouts. The last week is working on the negative.
Just wanted to ask you what does it do when you do it backwards! That's how I see it since we are down instead of up and up instead of down!!! .
