I've been working out on a carpeted surface now for about 8 months or so and I was recently completly shocked at how much higher and better I was at plyo stuff on a hard wood surface!! I knew that the carpet was "sucking" some of my inertia but I had no idea how much. I was wondering if any of you had experienced this going from carpet to a harder surface. Should I not feel so bad that I can't always keep up with the plyo stuff because my carpet is stealing my thunder (and lightning) or am I just kidding myself? What do you all think??
