Working out at home exercise videos

Hi, I’m having a problem and I was wondering if I can get any help =/
My life has become a bit crowded lately that I had to stop going to the gym and my body is in a total mess so I thought that I maybe could manage to exercise at home by following videos but the thing is I don’t really know where to start, can anyone recommend me something?

How much space do you have? What level of fitness are you? Do you want low impact or high impact? Do you like step, aerobics, walking, jump rope or kick boxing? Do you have any injuries that we need to take into account, like a bum knee? Do you like to run? Are you a good dancer? Do you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just maintain your weight? How much time do you have? Is it safe in your neighborhood to jog/hike/walk? (some places aren't:confused:)

I hope you don't mind the long list of questions. With the answers any of the Cathletes can give you a helpful answer. I will check back later to see your answers. Btw, if you are new here, welcome:D

Rapid Breath's questions are excellent and would defintely help us to answer your concerns. I would also add to the list of questions- what workout equpiment do you own? ( ie step, barbells, bands, dumbbells, medicine ball, pull up bar etc)

One of the first Cathe DVDs I got was Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance and I LOVE it. It has the best of both worlds on it with Cardio AND weights. I'd also suggest 4-Day-Split for a little bit of everything. Hope this helps!

Depending on what equipment you have, how much time, and what you enjoy will aid in your decision, but I'll give you some of my fav's.
I think Cathe's 4 day split is worth it. You get 4 cardio's and weight sections with some abs and stretching. If you like kickbox and mma type, the new sts cardio's are fun (kickbox, boxing, fusion).
Muscle Endurance, and gym style are also really good for weights.

Cross train Express is a good one if you are short on time as it has 6 workouts that can be put together for a week's worth of rotation at 45 - 60 min per day.
