I did C&W, which is my wake-up-the-body-after-a-long-rest-period or ease-back-into-working-out workout. Went up a notch on most of the weight work to make it harder, did db rows one arm at a time also with 15's, actually used my 15's a lot today, then tacked on upper body premix of Bootcamp (in honor of that BC party I missed last Thursday) before stretching. Oh, I felt great. Except something was missing. You know, the sound of more than 100 pairs of feet stepping, and some hootin' and whoopin' after a great workout.
