Worked out for the 1st time with Cathe's videos

I got my order (expecp for Imax2+Cardio & Weights on backorder) today. I decided to try Kick, Punch, and Crunch. Hahahaha... well I only got about 15 min. through it. Yeah, that's pathetic. I'm not in great shape...but each day I'll do a little bit more until I can do it all! After these 15 or so minutes, I did the leg conditioning drills for Kick Max...wow, was my butt and legs/hip area killing me! I'm LOVING Cathe! :)

No, it's not pathetic that you can only get through 15 minutes of KPC. It's a tough workout and besides, it gives you something to work toward. Keep up the great work and you'll master that in no time:)
 
Yeah. Good for you to go Cathe. I only started in March of this year but I cannot see myself ever going back to anyone else.
