Hi!
I got my order (expecp for Imax2+Cardio & Weights on backorder) today. I decided to try Kick, Punch, and Crunch. Hahahaha... well I only got about 15 min. through it. Yeah, that's pathetic. I'm not in great shape...but each day I'll do a little bit more until I can do it all! After these 15 or so minutes, I did the leg conditioning drills for Kick Max...wow, was my butt and legs/hip area killing me! I'm LOVING Cathe!
