WooHoo! I Got My DVD's


I got my XTRAIN and LIS bundles in the mail today! That was fast, I ordered them Mon night. Earlier today my 14-year-old son asked me what I was going to do this weekend. I wasn't sure then but now I know!!! I'll be studying the User's Guide, figuring out the One Rep Max testing, checking out the new workouts, and I'll have to figure out when I can start a rotation ...

Do you think I could just jump into it next week or the week after, or should I build up strength/endurance first? Which first, XTRAIN rotation or XTRAIN/LIS rotation??

Absolutely you can jump right in! Modify and shorten as needed. Cathe's workouts grow with you.
I would do the mix of XTrain and LIS on the first go-round.


I would definitely jump in and modify where you need to. If you need more, go heavier or higher on the step, if you need less, march or do half of what she does or just as many as you can and don't feel bad about it!
