As I was plugging my way through CTX 10-10-10 just now I realized that I would be absolutely-positively lost without Cathe's workouts. COMPLETELY! I like to run, walk, hike, etc. But, as far as workout tapes go there really is nothing like a good Cathe workout. I have a few Gin Miller, Charlene Prickett and, oh yes, I started with Walk Away the Pounds. But now, seeing how I've progressed and strengthened my body through Cathe's workouts I'd be completely bored with all the rest of those. And talk about hardcore! I can't imagine those other workouts would give me the definition and all around GREAT feeling of being fit. Nothing compares to our Cathe.
