nothing in my post was disrespectful to anyone. i was just trying to understand what the --------- was all about. i have actually enjoyed everyones (posts. they make me smile, which was what i was hoping for when i started this thread as i thought i'd get a few people telling me off!

They're just a way of chatting that's kind of fun. The arrow points to you, so it's as if you're speaking about yourself in the third person, e.g.

is just a fun way of saying
