A question for the educated crowd. I love the pilates moves Cathe has been incorporating into her recent videos. I have all of Cathes workouts and would like to balance out some of the weight work with some muscle lengthening workouts like pilates. Has anyone tried the Winsor workouts? If so, which ones have you tried and did you like them? If not Winsor, can anyone suggest a Pilates DVD that would compliment Cathes workouts? Thanks in advance for any suggestions
