winsor pilates ab sculpting

does anyone have this tape and if so is it worth it
i'm thinking of alternating this tape with the ab hits dvd using it maybe 2x a week and the abs hits 3x a week
just wandering if anyone the winsor ab sculpting and was it worth getting

I think so. My favorite Winsors are the Ab Sculpting and the Advanced Body Slimming. I really like that they're only 20 minutes and they are effective.

Abs is not my strong point. I have to rest when doing Cathe ab work and the Winsor abs is not difficult for me at all. It may be effective but it's not hard to get through. Alexis

I love this tape..I actually love all the Winsor tapes..very good and effective...not a "killer workout" but you feel really good when you're done..totally worth getting..
