Windsor Pilates

I was reading a thread on FitPrime about how great these tapes are. I never have done these kinds of tapes, and am wondering if maybe I would benefit from them?? I am more of an endomorph, kinda short, and not exceptionally lean, not yet anyway. Do you think it will help to stretch my muscles out more?? Help to make me a little more lean??? I know 75% is diet, and I have really begun to clean up my eating. I am scared to do S&H, I am selling them on E-Bay because I feel they make me look like a football player. I love Cathe's endurance tapes. Any opinions would be so appreciated!!!!! THANKS!!!!

Hi Lori!I have the windsor tapes and they personally, are good but not great I have to do more sets then the cast because Mari is very chatty before the workout begins! Don't get me wrong she is thorough about the form but I got it at the first basic tape and I just want a more flowing video!You can get the same workout form Jennifer Kries from her precision toning!I love her tapes because you can do one or two or all three! ab roll ups 5
the hundred(flapping hands)100
roll ups with straight leg(arms swaying up and around)10 xs

single leg stretch 12 xs
double leg stretch 6xs
single straight leg 10 xs
double straight leg 10 xs
crisscross 10 xs slow then 10 xs fast
spine stretch forward 3 xs slow
saw(twisting at the waist and use right hand to left pinky toe)
NOW THE SIDEKICK SERIES(roll on sode have legs in pike position)
kick front for two and back for two(sweeping leg)10xs
bicycle 3xs front and 3xs back(straight,bend ,back_then reverse)
leg lifts(kick leg up and down with heel inward)10 xs
big scissors(both legs alternating at same time)
do other side same sequence
roll up seated ~reach inside your legs and grab your ankles for
the seal tap your heels 1 2 3 and roll back tap your heels 1 2 3

you should have better posture doing this!Being nicely stretched and standing tall make you look lean!
As for slow and heavy-I would do intervals in between the rest or if I wanted an all weight day I'd just add another set using moderate weight and the last set heavy to feel the burn not the bulk!Sometimes a tape will give me the basics and then I just run with it and incorporate a program that will compliment my current rotation! Thanks so much for all the info, Francine. I think I am going to hold off on some tapes for a couple of weeks, and then I am going to get Christy Taylor's Totally Hot Cardio, and another one from her, and Cory's Arm video. I sold some of Cathe's old aerobic tapes, and some Firm's. My Firm Cardio Step Mix sold for $47!!!! I wrote the lady and asked her if that was for real. I looked back at the auction and reread it to make sure I didn't put anything misleading, making someone think there was more than one tape....She said it was a rare tape, and they all sold for that much. Core Cardio 1 went for $38!!! I don't really like Firm's at all, and I needed some extra cash. I hated to part with the old Cathe's, but I am really into her newer tapes. Thanks!!!!
