without doing floorwork for my legs???? I am currently (started this week) doing an MIS/cardio rotation (MIS for strength days, alternate with cathe or firm cardio). I definetly feel my legs after doing MIS, but my inner thighs are my problem area, and I am worried that I will not be working my inner thighs enough, without doing concentrated inner thigh floorwork (though the plies in this tape are killer - is that enough??) Should I substitute an MIS day for a strength vid that includes floorwork??? Thanks in advance!
