Will anyone post Hardcore workout sheets?

I'm hoping someone is already working on getting the worksheets done up. I find them so useful during the weight workouts so I know what's coming up and how to adjust my barbell or dumbells.

I haven't received mine yet...CK Sales (Canada) started shipping last night so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they should arrive in the next couple of days.

The reviews are driving me maaaadddd with excitement.
