Why are legs done on workout day 3 in Meso cycle 1 however on day 2 in other cycles?

Cathe/SNM,

Can you answer why in Meso 1, legs are done on workout day 3 but in Meso 2 and Meso 3, the leg workouts are done on day 2? Any reason why??

Thanks in advance for the answer! :)

I plan on doing the leg wokrouts on day 2 (second workout day, but actually "day 3" of the workout week), whether they are 'supposed' to be done that way or not, because I like more recovery time between upper-body workouts (and like to put the lower body in between them).

Perhaps that recovery time is one of the reasons for them setting the rotation up that way.

Yeah, I plan on doing upper body on Mondays and Thursdays (to give extra recovery time) and legs on Saturdays but wanted to know if there was a reason why it was done this way.....

I'm assuming there is a method to the "madness" of putting legs on day 3 of Meso 1. I usually put legs in the middle as well, but I'm going to attempt the program as laid out. Would be curious to see what Cathe/SNM say about this though
