Who's watching the superbowl?

I'll be at church but hopefully will be able to catch the end of it.

GO CARDS
(Sorry I couldn't help myself:eek:)

We'll have it on, I'm sure, to cheer on the home team. But we're not much into football so it's just a pride thing more than interest in the game. We did watch one of the playoffs, as my nephew got to be the "kickoff kid" at the first playoff game in Glendale (Phoenix) so we wanted to see him run onto the field after the first kickoff. That was fun! Fitzgerald also threw a ball to him as he was waiting on the sidelines for the game to start. He is my nephew's favorite player, so to have that ball as a keepsake is thrilling him no end.

GO STEELERS !

We are going to a friends house for home made pizza, cherry cheesecake and (I hope) a Steeler victory! I can't wait to don my Steeler undies.

We always watch the Super Bowl as we are huge football fans in my house. Actually I am a bigger football fan than my DH. I am going to cheer for the Cards. One of the coaches is the first person to go to the Super Bowl with four different teams. Sadly, my Giants have been out of it for weeks now but it is fun to watch all of the commercials and the National Anthem and the halftime show. I just hope that it is not a blowout.

We'll be watching, love the big game, all the hype, and half time show.

Guess what we have satellite from Bell, they substitute all the great commercials with Canadian ones :mad::mad: That burns my butt more than Butts & Gutts :eek::eek:.

Once we set up some rabbit ears and got reception from Buffalo and got to see the commercials. Hope that might work again, other wise it will be watching the morning news and trying to see them there.

DH is making huge German pretzels, yeaaaaaa !!!!:D:D:D:D
I love me a Nacho plate too ;)

How awesome Nancy! That's something he'll never forget!:D

Well, it could be something to do with my signature...But YES, I will be watching the Superbowl. I really like both teams, so I am hoping for a good game, no injuries and no bad calls!!!

Nancy..How very cool for your nephew. I am a big Fitzgerald fan myself and jealous your nephew got to keep that ball!!

Mabdoo...I am a much bigger fan than my DH too. None of my favorite teams made it either, but I anticipate a good game...:)

netsnotes16...I completely agree....

Yeah, the little guy was very excited about his experience. And his two brothers were a bit green with envy!

We'll watch it even though we're Browns fans. It's fun to watch regardless even though I really don't care who wins. The commercials are fun and the halftime show is usually good (remember Prince? He rocked!)

Our town is huge Steeler country - mostly because Ben Roethlisberger is from here. Lots of people jumped on the BenWagon...he used to come back to watch his sister play basketball at the HS, but now he's just too big. He went to my kids' elementary school, and they have a shrine built for him including an old text book with his name all scrawled in it in kid's handwriting. So, he's big around here.

Oh yeah, I treated his Rottweiler one time. His dad brought him in...I was terrified...almost got some hair off him to sell on ebay, lol...
