Who is doing STS/Shock Cardio rotation?

I'm gearing myself up to start this on Monday. I did STS last winter and I've gotten soooo out of shape (partly due to a shoulder injury). Just wondering - for those who have already started - what your thoughts are.
 
I'm loving it. Down 8.5 pounds and gained some muscle definition. I haven't measured myself, but I am down a dress size and I'm only 3 weeks in. I really haven't tacked any extra cardio on either (I've gone for a run 3 times this month...that's the only extra cardio)
 
Just curious - how is your eating? I got great results w/ just STS last year but I'm looking forward to the additional cardio and hoping to improve the food as well for maximum results.
 
I'm doing it as well. I was at the end of week 2 when I went out of town for several days so I'll be doing week 2 over again beginning tomorow. I really like it but I'm not sure about the MMA workout. It was hard for me to do some of those moves where you go to the floor and back up. It hurts my wrists...or at least that's what I tell myself. :p
 
My eating is pretty good. I have been doing a low fat yogurt with muesli and berries or a green smoothie for breakfast and either the yogurt or salad with light dressing for lunch. Dinner is usually heavier but fairly clean. Sometimes we do break down and go for pizza or make homemade ice cream. I still have a glass of wine most nights. So, I'm not really cutting calories like crazy. Everything in moderation.
