Who has :::::Black Cats Halloween

I have 3 black cats. Jack, Oscar, and Sam. Jack has a thing for my New Balance sneakers. I have a picture of him hugging them. Oscar has a disease that was affecting his mouth and had to have all his teeth removed except for his fangs. And then there's sam who is afraid of everything. I'll post pictures tonight when I get home. I don't have any on my computer at work.

I am lucky enough to be Mom to two cats who are now (gasp!) six years old, this month. Wow! They are litter mates, Gracie is a tuxedo and George is all black with 4 white chest hairs. They are the happiest loviest fuzzies you'd ever be lucky enough to meet. ;) George is "our cat the dog" because he greets everyone at the door. Graice isn't so stranger-friendly but she starts to purr if you get within 2 feet of her! :* :)

Gracie and George are both indoor cats. Well, except for the afternoon George pushed Gracie out the window and she spent about 3 minutes outside. But other than that, they are indoor fuzzies.

I stayed in bed with them today until 2:45 in the afternoon!! }( :7

What a fun thread! 3 of our cats are black, if I can figure out how to post some pictures I will;-)

Chloe is 13 (eeks!) very furry and has extra toes-her feet kind of look like catchers mitts lol!

Don Miguel is 11 and a mama's boy.

Diego is 4 and painfully handsome (IMO)

Happy Halloween everyone!

This is Monkey, he's male and is 7 1/2 years old. He loves to play fetch and doesn't like his food dish to be empty and will let me know when the bottom of the dish starts to show. I rescued him when he was about 4-5 months old. He wouldn't let anyone touch him or get close to him, but with patience and love, we became inseparable. Happy Halloween everyone!

We lost our 16 year old black cat, JINX last winter. And like another poster said, please remember to keep all pets inside around Halloween since there are mean people out there.

Hi everyone, I have really enjoyed reading all of your stories about all of the cats.
My cat Thomas showed up on my doorstep when we were living in Leavenworth,KS he was a little guy with a big green collar on, I put ads in paper etc. Found his owner. But they gave him to me, my other cat Captain Trecky (Gray/Russian Blue) loved him and they were inseparable. Enjoy Halloween and keep your black cats safe everyone.
All your cats are lucky to have you for owners.;-)
Thanks for all the responses.

One of my four cats is solid black. Her name is Sammi (short for Samatha). She is 14 years old and showed up on my doorstep a couple of weeks before Halloween when she was just a kitten. I can't really say she is all black now though because (like me) she has some gray showing and actually has a big gray spot on her back where she had cancer 4 years ago and endured radiation and chemo. Her coat grew back in gray instead of black. Even though she is my oldest, she is still by "baby" since she was my very first kitty.

We have a black cat named Wallace (named after Braveheart, William Wallace, all of our animals are named after Scottish Clans).

He is a monster and a first class pest. He and his Siamese cousin, Logan, think they are Alpha around here.

This is my sweet lady, Maya. My DX and I got a call from a friend of mine about a kitten who had been abandoned in an office building and did we want another cat? She was walking funny (turned out the jerk who abandonded her threw her into an office building after hours and broke her hip - hope there's a special hell for him). So, a few weeks quiet in a crate with our other kitty Murphy watching over her.

Now she's an old lady, "full figured", plays fetch, meows silently at me to visit and pet her - just a funny squeak comes out. She has been a joy.

I'm techno-impaired and can't get a pic to post.
