Who else do you workout to?

I have used Gilad before - mostly Hip, arms, and Abs and fat Burning tapes. but after Taebo and cathe he is too easy for me.

I do like Gin Miller and have Intense Moves - need to dust that one off!

I want to buy a spinning bike and I am looking at spinervals - does anyone here use them?

Thanks Kathryn, i do love hardcore high intesnsity workouts but I would also consider getting this for a change. Like I said above I love my body bar videos with my 20 and 25lb bars. I would never give those workouts up. They are less intense for me but change is always good in my book just to shake things up. I am defiently going to take a look at core secerts. Karen

I have Cathe, of course, and Tae Bo and I also really like Gin Miller - she's not intense at all, but she's a lot of fun. I have some Kathy Smith too. That's about it.

Does anyone remember doing the Jane Fonda workouts? The first one, with the girl who SANG during the cardio section? LOL:)

I also workout to Janis Saffell, Terri Reeves, Powerstrike ladies & Debbie Burns for kickboxing, Rodney Yee, Ali McGraw, Karen Voight for yoga, Hilary Burnett for pilates. Kathy:D

I guess now that Miss Jane Fondue has been mentioned, it is OK to come out the the closet. Once in a while if I need an easy workout just to get some lactic acid out of my muslces or just warm up I pop in an old Jane Fondue tape - Step & Strech or the other step one. It is so funny and 80s that it is fun to do it!

I used to do Jane's Yoga tape when it first came out. It was from when she first became surgically enhanced and it was funny to see her do yoga moves like the Cobra and not squash her implants down!

I also like Gin Miller - Intense Moves, Extreme Step, Simply Step (it is kind of new but is an hour of really straighforward stepping) and Simply Endurance (it has some kind of wacky Cathe-like stuff in it).

Most of the time I do Cathe - she has so many tapes and DVDs now that there is a lot of variety.

I may go on a cathe stint sometimes, but I need to add some instructor variety. There aren't many options for strength though. I did a 12 week rotation with P90X that lasted 5 months :) and I got real tired of Tony. I get tired of anyone if it is always the same. Now I put in a P90X dvd every once in a while just to mix it up. Mindi Milrea has some good total body (endurance) workouts. And sometimes I just put some music on and go through a workout sheet at my own speed.

There are lots of great cardio options though! I love Cristi Taylor, Franny Benidetto, Seasun, Kristin Kagen, Mindi... there are lots of fun workouts out there.

Mostly just Cathe now, but sometimes I throw in CIA, Christi, Franny, Seasun for cardio benefit, especially hi/lo, but more and more it is pure Cathe.

No! I can do no one else but Cathe & maybe the treadmill or an outside jog thrown in. I have had a gym membership since 1997 But I haven't been there since I discovered Cathe.
