Who does the Body For Life program?

I was interested to see how many follow the BFL eating/exercise program.
I am seriously considering picking back up on the program. The eating was always easier for me. Who had good luck with this program?

Did anyone ever do the challenge?

I did it a long time ago and had great luck with it. I loved that I had a free day to eat anything and I have always kept that into my diet. Right now I am doing Atkins to get rid of my last 10 pounds but BFL works really well.

I have been doing it for almost a year now off and on. I actually just finished a 12 week challenge, although I didn't send in any of my info. I just tracked my results for myself. I have terrible GERD, and this way of eating has made a HUGE difference. I've modified it somewhat to keep it doable. I don't follow the workout part of the program. I do Cathe's rotations instead. I probably would've had even better results if I'd have followed it perfectly, but I don't really need to lose weight, I just want to get leaner. In the last 12 weeks I lost almost 6 pounds and a total of 3 inches, although I only measure my waist, hips, and thigh. That may not sound like very much, but like I said, I don't need to lose weight anyways.

I do. Altho I've been slacking lately. I've had the best results in my workout career with this program wiht a lot less time put into my workouts. Harder workouts but a shorter duration.

I love the eating plan and I love free days :)
