Whick workout should I buy to work with the Medicine Ba...

I just went to the chiropractor today and he said to add some work on the medicine ball for my core.

What workout should I buy from Cathe?

Thanks

Muscle Endurance has a really good ab workout that uses the medicine ball a lot. Some of the core cycles in Boot Camp also use the medicine ball. These two are my favorite ab/core workouts of all Cathe's ab sections (and I do like others as well), I think they've done more for my core than any other workouts. I often use these ab portions to add onto the other workouts.

When you say your doctor advised you to do some work *on* the medicine ball - I wondered if you, or your doctor, meant a stability ball? A stability ball is more of a fitness item used for core work.

If that is the case, I would suggest KPC or PUB ab sections for great core work.

Non-Cathe, I would suggest Fitball Upper Body Challenge.

I had the same thought...my chiropractor recommended a stability ball to me way over a year ago, and I have been using one ever since.

Since I started Cathe, it is one of the few pieces of equipment that I didn't have to buy!

We're on the same wavelength here. I was thinking a stability ball would work your core harder than a medicine ball. Both work great though.

Hi all,

yes you are right he recommended the stability ball not the medicine ball.

I will look into KPC or PUB as recommended.

Thanks

This is easy! Definitely a video with Mindy Mylera in it. She even has a MEDICINE BALL worout. Otherwise, some of her step workouts incorporate medicine ball.

Cathe's new beg/int workouts, hi step circuit and basic step, each have a stability core workout. If you have back trouble, these might be good options.
