Which wrkouts are low-impact?

Low Max
Low Impact Step
Low Impact Circuit

Those are the only ones I know that are Low Impact - Modifying ANY of Cathe's stuff to low impact is done quite easily & still has fun factor & remains a tough workout. Theres quite a few people here that always do low impact with Cathe's stuff.

If I missed any of her Low Impact as produced I'm sure someone will correct me.:D
 
Let me add that Cathes premixes also give you lower impact options - Circuit DVDs are great because you can choose the all cardio mixes PLUS have it handy should you want a little extra weight training one day.
 
Kick, Punch and Crunch and KickMax are generally low impact. The one of two moves that are not, are easily modified, and the workouts are quite good. I have bad knees and do both of these with no problem (with those minor modifications, of course). Low Impact Circuit is pretty good, although it depends on what your issue may be - I do this one only once every few weeks because my knees don't tolerate step very well, but it's generally pretty good, as well. I also find Drill Max to be just fine (and great fun!)
