Hi, I have searched and found little about space requirements for step routines. I have a ceiling which leaves only 26 inches of space between the top of my head, and you guessed it, my ceiling. I was intrested in purchasing LOw Max, and The Gym Series. Maybe even
Kick Max, or Cardio Kicks ( or the sort ). Concerned with the sugested need of a High Step for the Gym Legs segment. Furthermore Cathe's videos have propulsion. Will I be able to use these videos in my situation. I would prefer to not have to change up her routines to fit my enviroment. Would prefer to purchase videos (DVD) that are closer suited for this.
Open to sugestions though as far as my selection prior to purchase. Looking for a intermediate to advanced challenge in cardio and weights. Have plety of time to do the routines, and might even like a set that can be rotated with something different for each day. as long as the selection, or an additional purchase allows for a step DVD that will be a little more simple in choreogerphy for at first(example:grow into the advanced step of the set).
initially, I was intreseed in the Ten Hardcore Set. Or the Body Blast Series, Or 8 Pack Cross Train Xpress w/ Circuit Max & Cardio Kicks.
I could even sell a DVD or two out of the set, if they require twop much height in my living room. At first 26" sounds like alot of room, but you still have to add the step, and jumping, and any arm work. Looking for a simple solution to this legthy descrition. Thank you AO
