hi! I am new to this whole thing but here it goes--- I am new to Cathe. I had her high step challenge but it was to easy so I got her Cardio and Weights. I love it but now I want to change my workout. I'd like to do 2 days of cardio, so I bought Imax 2, and 2 days of weights. that is where I am stuck. I bought muscle endurance and now I think that it may be to hard. I haven't tried it yet, just came to that conclusion from the postings. Any recommendations? should I have gotten power hour instead?or something else? On cardio and weights I use 8 lbs and 12lbs. and it is challenging. I think muscle endurance may be to big a jump. Any thoughts? Help!! Thanks
