Which strength DVD to buy?

You are all such an educated crowd I just have to ask. Which total strength dvd to buy? I have circuit type: Circut Max, Bootcamp, Bodymax, Timesaver, Cardio & Weights but the only total strength I have are MIS & Muscle Endurance. So let me hear it, I know you love to spend other peoples money.

I have received great results with the Pyramind Upper Body and Pyramid Lower Body DVD. The premixes come in very handy too. This DVD gets a lot more use than S&H in my house. Actually I rarely use S&H now at all. Personally, I think you can't go wrong with any purchase you make of Cathe's DVDs.

I'd go with the Pyramids, but if you can afford two, I'd also add the Pure Strength series, it's a great split routine.

As already mentioned, the Pyramids are terrific. Very intense, challenging and effective. I started with PS from an intermediate level and built up wonderfully from there. I still use it in my strength weeks/rotations. S&H is great for building mass, although it's not something I can stick with for more than 3 weeks as the focus required is extreme, and I do get bored fast. It's still something worth having for variety. CTX-UB split is more endurance-based, but it is tough, and you can use it for strength training by going heavier and resting more (thereby pausing your DVD more often:) ).
