Which step to use?

I'm an advanced exerciser, but am new to step. I've noticed that Cathe uses a different version of the step platform than the ones I've seen at the gym. If I'm in the market to purchase a step, does it matter if I get the standard step or the super step bench system? Also, are there recommendations of which DVDs to try first that are most effective?

You can use a standard step (that's what I've used for years, and I'm very happy with it) or the super step bench. with the super step bench, I believe that the increments you can set it at are more limited (if I'm wrong, somebody let me know!). One advantage of the regular step is that the risers also work with the "high step topper" that Cathe uses in some of her workouts.
