Which rotation do you suggest?

I have been doing Cathe tapes for years but I have never done a rotation. I am a runner and usually run betewwn 5 to 7 miles 4 days a week. My concern is that I won't burn up as many calories as I do running if I switch to cardio tapes. Does anyone have any suggestions on a rotation that would still burn up tons of calories. I would like to try and incorporate more weights in to my fitness plan that's why I would like to give a rotation a try. There are so many rotations to choose from and I am not sure where to begin. I would like to lose 8 more pounds and look more lean.
Have any of you had really great results with a particular rotation?

I'm starting with Nov 06 rotation for my first rotation tomorrow. It uses all of the new DVD's which I love. It also incorporates running, but only 20-45 minutes, which is sounds like a walk in the park next to your 5-7 miles! YIKES! But it seems to have everything, weights, cardio, stretch, etc. To find it, use the search function, type in Nov 06 rotation.

I would also like to know what other runners suggest. I also run and do Cathe. Other cardio (like Cathe) is good b/c it mixes things up and does not give you a steady-state heart rate like running does and you are using different muscles. Can you do too much cardio?
