Which PiYo package should I get?

Gobias - whilst I agree that Piyo is not easy, and that you could get great results from it, I agree with PhyllisG that it's somewhat repetitive. I LOVE yoga, and Pilates...but I found Piyo neither one thing nor the other. There is a move which is done in every warmup (or most - can't quite remember), which is called the Piyo cross. Basically it's rounding your back and putting your head down, then standing up into a bit of a back bend. For some reason it made me feel sick. As you say, a little like pivot turns. It's probably just me getting older!!! I'm fine doing burpees and down dog etc - it just seems to be Piyo cross move.

There are many good things (good core work, low impact, cardio and strength at the same time) - but just not for me.

I agree with PhyllisG, and Justine. There were only two workouts in the whole set that I found challenging. Actually three workouts. I did like Hardcore on the Floor. One of the workouts was a great leg and butt burner, with gliding discs. The other two were Sweat, and Drench. But, after awhile, I had them memorized. Just lost interest. I do love body weight work, and yoga. I just think I needed more out of PiYo. Like Justine stated, it was neither yoga or pilates.

If you want to sell it, sent me a p.m :)
I have the whole piyo set. I used it once, figured out that all the upper body weight on my arms didn't agree with me after a major surgery. It's been 2 yrs and I still can't do push-ups without pain afterwards. I'll never use them. If someone really wants it, I'm happy to sell it pretty cheap.
