Dear Enablers,
I know very little about PiYo, having just heard about it for the 1st time yesterday while going through Cathe Threads. It looks like something I will like, even though I have done yoga maybe 5 times in my life and never done pilates.
I have narrowed down my PiYo package options to four:
1st one: has all the basics + Hardcore on the Floor DVD (~$70)
2nd one: has all the basics + Turbo HiiT DVD (~$70)
3rd / 4th one: *One* of the above + Full Body DVD + Strong Legs DVD + Slide & Glide discs + Yoga Mat (~$120)
So my first question is should I get Hardcore on the Floor DVD or Turbo HiiT DVD? I love Cathe HiiT's and could always use more HiiT options, however, I don't mind always using Cathe for my HiiT fix. I am leaning towards Hardcore on the Floor. Does anyone use either workout again and again?
Second question. For an extra $50, is it worth getting the Full Body and Strong Legs DVD? Are those workouts you use again and again? I already have Cathe Slide & Glide discs, but I don't mind having a spare pair since she doesn't offer them anymore. As for the Yoga mat, nice to have but not necessary for me. Therefore it would be an extra $50 for the 2 extra DVDs for me. I don't mind the price if the workouts are something I would reach for semi-often.
Third question. I initially was looking for yoga/pilates workouts for my rest day or relax day or just a night stretch. These look like full blown workouts, am I right? I would not do these on a rest day?
