I have the MIS video but am now looking for something new.I was wondering which video I should get next,Muscle Endurance or Power Hour??I am mainly looking for strength videos.I do my cardio on an elliptical or stationary bike for now.

You'll achieve some strength gains from ME or PH. However, if strength gains is your primary goal then I would select Cathe's Pure Strength or Pyramid series.
