I am a very new cathe fan and have purchased Lowmax, cardio fusion and the buts and guts dvds. However, I have no idea which dvd/s to choose for overall total body sculpting and toning using the weights. Time is short what with work and two childs, oh and a hubby. My main goal is to tone, loose weight and get fit.
So what do you Cathe experts think?

What about Supersets/Push Pull? I think Push Pull is 45 min, Supersets is 53 min, and both are a great full body workout. Or you may want to check out one of her circuit videos. I have High Step Circuit and that's a fun workout too.
 
I would recommend the Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance dvd. Bootcamp is a fantastic circuit workout and Muscle Endurance is one of Cathe's BEST total body workouts. Plus, the premixes that combine the two are priceless. Not to mention how awesome the ab work is in both.

Enjoy whatever you decide to buy! They're all great!
 
I'd also add a circuit workout (cardio and weights alternating) to your collection if you can. I really like Low Impact Circuit. It'll also help you with Cardio Fusion, since some of those segments are from LIC.

Andrea, if your main objective is to tone up and lose weight and you have time constraints, I highly recommend her CTX series. Or, you might want to wait until this new series is released, which is suppose to be very similiar to CTX. CTX is the series I always reach for when I have a busy week and want to fit everything in. When I did a CTX rotation a few years back I lost weight and built muscle. It's very versatile, and although I own all her workouts, I use it the most.
 
:) :) Many thanks to you. And I think you are right as I've (literally) just finished the cardio kicks and cardio max and I am totally exhausted. My muscles have worked! And I've loved it! I am now impatiently waitng to receive the CXT dvd. I also have to say I finished LOW MAX yesturday and WOW! It is so enjoyablely painful. All I have to do now is stop eating the lollies and chocs and I just might have a WIN! with the battle of bulge and fitness. Many thanks again.
