Which one....

Hi everyone i was wondering which series is more enjoyable the slow and heavy series or the pure strength series? Are both on a focus of strength. Thanks in advanced.

I think if you have Gym Styles, You would do better to get Slow and Heavy....If you don't have gym styles ....then it's kind of a toss up...SH is a different style to any other of Cathe's weight videos...Much more recovery time between sets and a lot of mental concentration in this one:p SH is a great compliment to GS or PS. When I use GS I also use SH in my rotation.

I agree. I would vote for the S&H series. It's a great compliment to the other strength training workouts. It's a real plateau buster and is very unique in its style. If you have the GS's, I'd get S&H.

Edited to add: If you don't have the GS's, then I wouldn't get either PS or S&H. I'd get the GS's...then I'd get S&H. :7
