Which Lauren Brook DVD to start with?

You can also buy her dvds at totalfitnessdvds.com, and in fact, that site has a much longer clip of volume 2 than Lauren has on her site. (I don't know about the volume 1 clip length). I was going to resist buying volume 2 until I watched the clip at totalfitnessdvds.com!!

ETA: free shipping at that site for over $19, too, by the way.....

Thank-you all for your suggestions on where to purchase Lauren's dvd. I like the idea of the download version. It says it is for the iphone or itouch - but can I just view it on itunes and play it on my computer? How much space does it take up?

I can't wait to add this workout into my rotation after I finish up STS. I think I'll try it with Insanity and BBL...should be fun!

I checked out totalfitness.com and the price is $34.99 with free shipping! Since I live in Hawaii free shipping is a huge plus! But I am still tempted by the download version....hmmm...decisions, decisions.
