    I find the lateral support is good (I have fairly wide feet and slightly fallen arches, so good support is important for me) and because they are running shoes, they are quite light. The reason why I really like them is because the gel gives that slightly cushioned feel when you do high impact or plyo moves. I've had them now since May and they are still going strong - I do Cathe workouts 3 or 4 times a week.

    Just glad I can help - there don't seem to be many UK Cathe fans out there! I think there is a way to send private messages but I can't remember how to do it. I've been working out with Cathe since 2004 on and off - just lately I've really got back into it as I don't have time to get down to the gym and have been working hard to try and shift some weight - Cathe's workouts have certainly helped me to do that!
