Go for IMAX or IMAX2, both of which are intense step interval workouts with simple choreography. I also thing Step Blast is athletcially challenging but has more complex choreography and has a blast challenge at the end with some interval work.
Hi Valerie!! I would say The Classic Volume 1 which has 3 step videos that includes Step Jam, Step Heat and Step Max or Cardio Hits which also had 3 videos that includes PowerMax, Step Works and Step Fit. These dvd are Cathe's older videos. HTH.
Thanks for everyone's reply. I am considering Imax 2 and Timesaver
Any thoughts between these?
Any others that you think I should consider for a complete rotation?
The only other Cathe I have is Basic Step and Body Fusion. I wouldn't mind getting some strength DVDs too, but I don't have room for more equipment (I have a step, tubing, and various dumbbells).
Thanks guys for the thoughts and suggestions. You have really helped me make better choices and I really appreciate it.
Valerie
PS. You know in my first post someone told me I would be hooked once I bought my first Cathe DVD. I never believed it. Now I am a believer!
I would recommend Cathe's Circuit Max to give you a complete total body workout. You'll definitely be sweating when you're done with this workout. The choreography is not too complicated, and it's a circuit workout with strength training using various weighted dumbells - not a barbell. Sounds like you already have the equipment necessary for this tape. Believe me, it's a good one. Good luck!
