Which Cathe Rotation Gave You the Best Results?

I'm curious to know which Cathe rotation series has been the most effective for you in terms of strength gains and/or fat loss. Here's what worked for me. P.S. I haven't done this in awhile as it was an exhausting routine for me. The emphasis was on the lower body.

Day 1 - Power Hour plus cardio
Day 2 - PS Floor Work plus cardio
Day 3 - Leaner Legs plus cardio
Day 4 - PS Floor Work plus CTX Upper Body
Day 5 - Leaner Legs plus cardio
Day 6 - PS Floor Work plus cardio
Day 7 - Rest

I was shocked when I did each S&H once a week and 3 days of intense cardio. It was awesome. Guess I need heavy weights! CTX does wonders for me too.
