Which Cathe Dvd has a bonus Barre workout?

Good morning!

I have Turbo Barre and remember there being a Barre bonus on one or perhaps two of Cathe's dvds but can't remember which has it? Any one know? Thanks for your help!

I think Lower Body Blast has it (Leg Conditioning Drills??). And Xtrain Legs definitely does (I did it yesterday...owie!).

My personal preference is the LBB conditionning drill though ;-)

I think there is also a bonus barre in her great glutes DVD

And if it isn't this one, try Lean Legs and Abs: it's either one of these or both of them, can't remember exactly!
