In this weather I sweat just sitting on the couch and watching TV. But, really any Cathe workout makes me sweat buckets. As far as toning the legs while stepping I'd have to say Low Max. She incorporates lots of leg toning blasts in this one. Now, if you're talking about strictly lower body workouts, my favorite is Legs and Glutes. I just love this DVD and it comes with another great lower body toner KPC. I'd highly recommend the DVD because the premixes(there are some that combine the two workouts) are awesome!
