Which are Cathe's sweatiest and most leg toning workouts?

I like to be drenched at the end of the aerobics section of working out and would like to know what you think are the sweatiest, and which of her step workouts or aerobics are the best for lower body toning. Thank you all!
 
In this weather I sweat just sitting on the couch and watching TV. But, really any Cathe workout makes me sweat buckets. As far as toning the legs while stepping I'd have to say Low Max. She incorporates lots of leg toning blasts in this one. Now, if you're talking about strictly lower body workouts, my favorite is Legs and Glutes. I just love this DVD and it comes with another great lower body toner KPC. I'd highly recommend the DVD because the premixes(there are some that combine the two workouts) are awesome!
 
I'd say LowMax too, but Circuit Max ain't bad for sweat + leg work. And the Terminators too, especially the Gauntlet.
 
Yesterday I did the KPC strength circuit and it was pretty awesome. My hamstrings, glutes and quads are sore today. I was going to run, but had to do a recovery workout instead. It rocks. :p

Sweatiest: KPC, Bootcamp, Imax2, Low Max, PowerMax
for LB toning: KPC, CTX-Power Circuits, step portion of Body Max

L&G and LL aren't aerobic workouts, but if you want toning, they're the way to go, IMHO.:)

I get sweatiest from Legs & Glutes Extreme premix - it's long, but effective. Another goodie is the lower body only premix of Muscle Endurance. It's not too long, but all the leg presses here and there, really keep the heart rate up.
 
Get the KPC/Legs and Glutes DVD! KPC is a sweatfest and L&G is a great leg toner. Plus you have several premixes to choose from to combine the two!
