Which ABS diet book?

I just read a thread from someone who questioned whether to use WW or BFL. One answer came back with a resounding ABS diet. In looking on Amazon.com, I see a few abs diet books:

Abs diet: Six week plan to flatten your stomach
Abs diet: Eat right every time

Does anyone out there know which one is the right book to use?

Margaret,
They are referring to the Abs Diet (The six week plan to flatten your stomach and keep you lean for life) by David Zinczenco

Hi Margaret,

I am not 100% sure on this, but I think that both books are part of the plan. I bought the books several months ago, and I am at work so I am going from memory. I believe that the "complete" book is the first one that you have listed and the second book is a smaller "companion" book that is probably intended as a book you can carry around for convenience for quick reference. I did purchase both, and I believe that the smaller book does contain the basics of the plan, so you could probably get away with just purchasing that one if it is less expensive.

FYI, I did not follow the book specifically, but it appears to me to have the basic tenets of most plans. Mini-meals, certain foods that encourage fat-loss and assist in muscle-building. Nothing extremely earth-shattering, but not a waste of time, either. Overall, a pretty well-balanced plan.

Good luck in your purchase....Sandra S.

Hi, Margaret. I think you read my post on that thread.

I actually have the Abs Diet: Eat Right Every Time Guide, and it gave me all the information I needed to get on track with the eating plan quickly. I don't use whey protein, though...I use Figure 8 protein mix from Arbonne.

I think either book is good, though.

This has been the easiest eating plan for me EVER to stay on. I have been able to find so many recipes of things I can eat on this plan, and use my slow cooker quite a bit.

Good luck!
