Which 100RC's have you done so far?

I'm absolutely loving these 100RC's! Thank you Cathe for this awesome feature .

So far, I have done the Lying Tricep Extensions and Hip Thrusts. Both of them were extremely challenging and gave me days worth of DOMS :D. This week I hope to knock out some biceps and shoulders .

What has everyone done so far?

Natasha

As of this morning I've done them all. I love them, too! The hardest ones for me were hip thrusts. I adore those! I found the lateral raises too easy. But that's because the first time I do them, I use the same weight the crew member is using (when I can tell what they are using) and take my rests when the crew member takes theirs. When I do lateral raises again I'll use 4 pound dumbbells and take less rests. The second time I did scarecrows I used 4 pound dumbbells and that did the trick! I needed a break every time the crew member took one! I did triceps for the first time this morning. The 5 pound dumbbells worked just fine, but I didn't need nearly as many rests as the crew member took--so next time I do that challenge, I'll just take less rests.

I did Burn Set Bi's and Tri's this morning and finished it off with 100 rep Bi's and 100 rep Tri's--my arms are completely burned out!

I have done the hip thrusts and lateral raises - really like both so far. The lateral raises were really hard - I was shaky by the end, for sure. The hip thrusters I am going to definitely incorporate on a regular basis - I would say it is the one exercise where I *really* felt superior glute isolation. As usual, Cathe topped it out with these!!

I have done the hip thrusts, bicep curls and the triceps. The hip thrusts I only got to 75. I really think I had my feet positioned wrong. When Cathe mentioned that Amanda had her toes out slightly, I think I pointed mine out too far. The biceps were tough, but I did not have doms for days like I crave! I did triceps yesterday and I can definitely tell they were worked hard! By the 90th rep my arms were shaking!

I am thinking shoulders today.

Sometimes I just want a little more oomph to my weight training days. This is the perfect solution!
I love being able to tack on an extra kick at the end of a workout.
LOVING THESE too!
Carolyn

I had to re-read this because for a moment there I thought you used a 75lbs barbell!!! Even still, getting to 75 reps at any weight is a feat for this exercise . If this glute thrust does not shape my booty like a heart, I don't know what will ;).

Good luck Carolyn!

I've only done the Scarecrows - yet.
I love the multiple ways these challenges can be put to use and I'm working on my plan of action -- I intend to take full advantage of this strategy:D

None yet, but I can't wait to try them! I love reading the reviews, hearing your tips and how you've all "felt it" after. I hope to begin incorporating them soon!

I have done the bicep curls and scarecrow 100 rep challenges. You I did the scarecrows with 3lb weights and really felt it. I had to wait to stretch out I felt it so much.

These challenges are aewsome and I will be reaching for these alot :)
