Ok, the usual answer to this question is How to Get in Shape for Your Wedding. There are a few clips of Cathe's wedding in it, but other than that its just a regular workout tape! There are two advantages to starting out with this tape as an intro to Cathe. 1. The choreography in the step portion is not as complex as most of her stuff, thus a great way to learn her style.
2. The tape has two sections: a step workout broken up into warmup, secton 1 of step and section 2 of step; PLUS a total body "muscle conditioning" portion that uses dumbells.
This would be appropriate for you if you want both cardio and weights. HOWEVER, from your post it seems that you want to concentrate on firming your muscles. In this case, I would suggest Maximum Intensity Strength (MIS). Cathe works legs, shoulders, chest, biceps, back, triceps, and abs in this one. She uses a barbell and dumbells, but you can use just dumbells until you work up to her strength level. That's what I did, and it worked just fine. It is about an hour long, and it'll really get you good!
