Where to find Rykas mail order or online?

I just went to Lady Footlocker to buy a new pair of Ryka aerobics shoes, and they had only Crosstrainers, and very few aerobics shoes at all. Does anyone know where I can find some Rykas by mail order or online??

Ryka has its own website: www.ryka.com.

You can do online ordering there. I also just found a list of distributors on that website as well. I live in Toronto, Canada and can't really afford to pay the customs taxes on items shipped from the U.S. and I just found out that the Canadian distributor is just a hop, skip and a jump away -- in Burlington. That's where my co-worker lives!

All I can say is "Yippee!".

Just a bit of advice. I find Ryka's to run a bit small. I take a size 8 but in Ryka's I need an 8.5. You might want to try them on in Lady Foot Locker before ordering them online...just to save the aggrevation of returning them and having to wait for another pair. HTH.

Thanks to everyone. Yep--I have worn Rykas for years and do know that I take a half-size larger. I ordered the Stylus from Ryka.com. They don't have the Cirrus anymore--unfortunately, since I have gone through a couple pairs and found them great. But I bet this new aerobics shoe is fine, too. I just like Rykas for me--they fit the best through the heel and they are comfy around the ankle (I hated my Reeboks for these reasons.)

Wow! This is so good to know. I am in need of a new pair of aerobic shoes and just happen to live in Burlington :) !

Thanks for the information.

RE: Ryka's Stylus Shoes

Hi Lynda:

After you've tried out your new Stylus shoes, could you drop us a line and give us your opinion of them, please? If they aren't as good as Cirrus, I'll run as fast as my short, stubby (but fit!) legs can carry me to the mall and pick up as many pairs of Cirrus I can.

Doh! You finally find a great pair of shoes you like and then they discontinue them. Aye-yi-yi! Oh well, I was panic-stricken a few years ago when I couldn't find the Re-evolutions and then I tried the Cirrus and I liked them better. So maybe, just maybe Stylus is a better running shoe. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed.

Bye for now!

Patricia

P.S. I, too, love the ankle support that Cirrus gives me. Wish high-tops would come back in style again.

I just ordered a pair of Ryka Cirrus from Road Runners Sports for $69.99. Last month I bought a pair of Reebok DMX so I think I'll use the Ryka's for my Cathe tapes and the Reebok's for Firming. Check out www.roadrunnersports.com. HTH

RE: Ryka's Stylus Shoes

They discontinued Cirrus! Now I have to hog a couple of those before they are all gone. I LOVE how Cirrus hugs my feet and ankles. Now, how do I explain to DH this unexpected neccesity...

RE: Ryka's Stylus Shoes

Patricia--I will let you know what I think. Haven't got them yet. They are aerobics shoes, though, not running shoes according to the site, and they say that they are not meant to be worn outside.

Ack! They discontinued Cirrus? I just bought a pair from Ryka.com about 2 months ago, I must have got them just in time. I wonder why they discontinue shoes so frequently? Also, why is it so difficult to find aerobics shoes, there are usually only one or two styles offered in stores. It makes it seem like people don't do aerobics, but that can't be true, look at all of us Cathe fans!
