Where is the bootcamp and muscle endurance bonus combo at ?

I did bootcamp today and i did ME a week ago but i did not see this premix! Is it on the disk? I did not see it at all or did i need to order another dvd to get this? Maybe im overlooking it. Thanks

When you're on the main screen, you'll find it at the bottom center of the screen. : )

Oh! Lol now I feel ...hummm like a dork. ..more then I normally do.

It's actually hard to find at first, you would expect it to be under premixes. It's a great workout. : )
