where do I find cardio quick fix?

I am just now on week 4 of meso 1 and I am following Cathe's suggested rotation for cardio + STS and I had a question on one of her cardio suggestions. She said that we are to do:

4Day Split Kick Box Cardio Only Plus Cardio Quick Fix..Plus 4DS/ KB Abs.. total 60 min

Can anyone tell me where I can find cardio quick fix? Is this on one of the 4Day Split dvds or is it a separate dvd?
 
Look under STS Forum the thread near the top titled STS Cardio Rotation.

Basically, it is as follows:

1 min jumping jacks
1 min going up stairs or up and down on 12 High Step (30 seconds each leg)
1 min jump rope of jump rope motion
1 min job in place with arms up and down
1 min front kick with right leg, back kick with left leg for 30 seconds and then
reverse on other leg

Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 times (4 x 5 mins = 20 mins).

Ah, thank-you! That is very helpful. Especially since it is on the schedule again next week. I ended up doing bootcamp and kickbox cardio only because I didn't know where the cardio quick fix was. doh!
 
Try Plyo Legs!

I just did the first plyo legs of meso 3 - it's definitely a type of cardio fix - 45 minutes of heart-pumping (30 seconds in between to breath) fun!

Leaves you feeling no guilt!! :)
