Where can I find the STS 6 month rotation?

I looked there and only found the 3 1/2 month rotation.

I'll help you get there.
Did you want to add it to your calendar in the Workout Manager? If so here are the steps to find it:
Click on Workout Manager Tab from the Forums page --> Rotations --> Now the Cathe Rotation Wizard comes up , and Under Step 1 click "Download a Rotation" button --> Click on Next --> Under Step 2 click on "Cathe Rotation" button --> Click on Next --> Step 3 Use scroll bar and find and click on STS Strength Rotation - 6 1/2 months --> Click onNext .... At this point You can place it on your calendar, but you need to select the Start Date First.

(all I was able to find before was other people's 6mo rotations and I wanted to see Cathe's-thank you!)

I'm actually leaning towards the 3 1/2 month rotation but I wanted to see the longer one. I am debating because I can't stick to a "set" timetable Due to my work schedule, I can't work out EVERY M-W-F or EVERY T-TH-SAT. I have to be flexible. and some weeks I may work out on M-W-Th-Sat and the next might be only W-Th-Sun. (I also need to get some cardio in as well) I am wondering which will work best for me.

I know you are an STS guru; any suggestions?

After studying it (6mo rotation just repeats each week twice) I think I will do the 3 1/2 mo rotation; I just expect it may take a little longer that 3 1/2 months to get it done.

You think I am an STS guru? hahaha. That's funny! Once you get the rotation into the calendar, you can move the workouts around, so, I think that'll work well for you!

Are you the Laura I met in Houston? It is really hard to see your picture on the Avatar here!
